MarketplacePlanet is a digital-only marketplace. The following digital products and content may not be listed or sold. Violations = listing removed; repeat violations = account terminated.

Strictly Prohibited

  1. Pirated or cracked software: cracked applications, warez, keygens, license bypass tools, and any software distributed without the rights holder's permission.
  2. Stolen license keys, accounts, and credentials: software keys not obtained legitimately, shared or resold accounts, login credentials, and activation codes you have no right to sell.
  3. Malware and spyware: viruses, ransomware, trojans, spyware, credential stealers, and tools designed to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
  4. Personal data: databases of personal information, leaked or hacked data, doxxing content, and scraped personal data sold without consent.
  5. Infringing content: any file, media, model, dataset, or text that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property (see the DMCA section of the Terms of Service).
  6. Deceptive AI content: AI-generated content that impersonates real people — deepfake video or images, voice clones, or synthetic endorsements — presented as real or made without the person's consent.
  7. Weapons-related digital content: build files, blueprints, 3D-print files, or instructions for firearms, ammunition, explosives, or weaponized drone payloads, where such content is illegal or designed to facilitate wrongdoing.
  8. Regulated tech data: export-controlled technical data, software, or robotics technology subject to ITAR/EAR controls, or anything requiring an export license you don't hold — know your obligations.
  9. Counterfeits: digital goods misrepresented as genuine (fake "official" software, datasets, or media).
  10. Drugs and health claims: content or products making unsubstantiated disease claims, and medical-related content requiring regulatory clearance sold without it.
  11. Anything illegal under US federal or Texas law, or illegal to export to the buyer's country.

Restricted (Contact Us Before Listing)

  • Dual-use security tools (penetration-testing and auditing software with legitimate uses) — we'll verify the listing is compliant and framed for lawful use.
  • Export-controlled-adjacent technical data or models where licensing is unclear — we'll review before it goes live.
