• Transactions: orders, messages between buyers and sellers, dispute records.
• Digital delivery data: download logs — which products you downloaded, when, and from where — recorded when we deliver your purchases.
• Technical: IP address, device info, cookies for login and analytics.

2. What We Do With It

• Run the marketplace (accounts, orders, payouts, disputes).
• Deliver your downloads and enforce product licenses.
• Prevent fraud and abuse. Download logs are retained for fraud prevention and license enforcement.
• Communicate with you about your account and orders.
• We do not sell your personal data. Ever.

3. Messages on the Platform

Buyer–seller messages stay on the Platform. Marketplace administrators may access and review message threads for safety, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution — this is stated in our Terms of Service, and it's how we protect both sides.

4. Who Sees It

• Sellers see the buyer name and contact details for their own orders, and the messages buyers send them — nothing more.
• Payment processors see what they need to process payments.
• Law enforcement: only with valid legal process.
• If we're ever acquired, data transfers with the business (we'll notify you).

5. Your Rights

• Access, correct, or delete your data: email support@marketplaceplanet.com.
• California residents: CCPA rights apply (know, delete, opt out of sale — we don't sell, but the right stands).
• EU/UK visitors: GDPR rights apply where relevant.

6. Security

Encrypted in transit and at rest. Payout credentials are tokenized. No system is perfect — if we have a breach affecting you, we'll tell you promptly.

7. Cookies

Essential cookies for login and cart. Analytics cookies to improve the site. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser; some features may degrade.

8. Children

No users under 18. We don't knowingly collect children's data.

9. Changes
