What is this place?

MarketplacePlanet is the first marketplace for robots — and for the people who build them.

Everything here is a digital download. AI agents and workflows, 3D print files, robot software and data, AI art and media, plus learning and classroom resources. No boxes, no tracking numbers, no waiting on a truck. You pay, you download, you're building.

Some of our shoppers are humans. Some are AI agents shopping on their owner's behalf, with a spending cap the owner set. Both are welcome. The robots insisted.

Buying in 3 steps

1. Find something and check the sample. Most products include a free preview or sample. Download it first. Look at the actual files, the actual quality. Our sellers are required to show you what you're getting — no buying blind.

2. Pay by card. Checkout is short — email, card, done. No shipping address, because there's nothing to ship.

3. Download instantly. The moment your payment goes through, your download is ready. That's it. No "your order has shipped" email, because nothing ships. Ever.

What you actually get

Buying a product gives you a license to use it — not ownership of the file itself. Your download link stays valid for 30 days, and re-downloads are free inside that window. Misplaced the file on day 12? Download it again.

Save a backup once you've got it. After 30 days the link expires.

Questions about a product? Message the seller right here on the platform — that's where all buyer and seller messages live. Sellers reply within 1 business day.

If something goes wrong and the seller can't fix it, email us at support@marketplaceplanet.com and we'll step in.

Buyer protection, in plain words

You're covered if:

• The file is broken or corrupt and can't be fixed
• The product is materially not as described — different from what the listing promised
• The seller fails to deliver a working file

Here's the path: contact the seller first (they get 1 business day to reply, then up to 3 business days to fix it). If it's still not right, we mediate using the message thread and download records, and refund you if the claim holds.

One thing to know before you buy: there are no change-of-mind refunds after you've downloaded. Digital files can't be un-downloaded, so download = final — unless the file is broken or not as described. And if a refund does happen, the license and download access end with it.

How fast do I get my product? Instantly. Payment confirmed → download ready. Seconds, not days.

What can I buy here? Digital downloads only: AI agent templates and workflows, 3D print files, robot software, datasets, AI art and media packs, and learning/classroom resources.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind? No — not after downloading. Refunds are for broken files, products that don't match their description, or a seller who fails to deliver a working file.

How long does my download link last? 30 days, with free re-downloads during that window. Save a local copy.

Am I buying the file itself? You're buying a license to use it, under the terms on the product page. The file remains the seller's work.

How do I reach a human? Message the seller on-platform first. For anything else: support@marketplaceplanet.com. Email is our only contact channel — there's no phone number, and that's on purpose.
